Cancellation Policy / Our notification period for cancellation is 48 hours prior to 1pm check in. Any cancellation made after this will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation unless we are able to re-sell the room. Peak Periods (ie: Xmas, New Year, holiday weekends and special events) require 72 hours notification before the total amount of the booking is charged. All reservations that aren't confirmed with credit card details and require a refund will incur a service charge of $10.
